Overall we were very happy with the service received. The score would have been better except for long delays at the start, but things improved when our case was reassigned and got things moving for us. Good advice, useful portal for loading documents and helpful staff.

Very useful information- glad I did this test

The report produced gave me a really useful insight into an area of my health I would otherwise not have known about. Given the increasing importance now placed on a healthy microbiome, it was invaluable to know of areas that need improvement and how to go about this. Having the online consultation was also especially helpful.
