Stay Away!
Absolutely terrible experience at this parking facility. I left my car at London Gatwick for several days and picked it up with clear, fresh damage that was NOT there before I arrived. When I reported it, the customer service team dismissed my claim with excuses that make absolutely no sense.
Their cameras apparently “couldn’t capture” the damage, which defeats the whole purpose of having cameras in the first place. Even worse, they tried to blame rust that appeared after the damage — probably due to rain while the car was parked there — as if that somehow proves the damage was old. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.
They refused to take any accountability despite the fact that the car was under their care the entire time. This is not customer service. This is avoiding responsibility.
I would never trust this company again and strongly recommend others to avoid them. If anything happens to your vehicle, they will simply deny it and hide behind weak explanations. Stay away.
