Vodafone not good service

Been with Vodafone for over 8 years, so I tried to move to there fibre optic broadband, they said yes in my area so updated, waited three weeks for openreach to turn up, to have them set it up inside and realise there's nothing on the pole to connect too the engineers were so embarrassed, I actually felt sorry for them, so no one knows when it will all be updated on the pole not good Vodafone trying to sell what you can't supply might have to cancel now and go elsewhere so be warned people Vodafone are not as good as they make out

Broadband problems…

Well openreach came today to set up broadband fibre optic, but after putting the box in the front room, they realised that the pole outside has nothing to connect the fibre up to, so have to wait till they decide to update the pole, bit of a joke that Vodafone offer these services that they know nothing about might have to cancel and go elsewhere not a good show for Vodafone not a good service from the start go elsewhere people don't be caught out like me

Boiler and radiator

I phoned you about my boiler and radiator been fitted ph jones had nothing but problems with materials not ordered for job only fitting the boiler because radiator was not ordered three times i phoned you to be told you will get them to contact me it never happened on any occasion feel like you just get passed on without any help thanks for the leaking boiler and still no radiator

Second rate heating company

Well what can I say made appointment didn't turn up made out they phoned me to which I have no record i did have a boiler service by them but had another company wanting to check their work I wonder why? Do not use just look at their feedback worse than KT heating and they are the worst

Pushed into smart meter that has never worked

Well got pushed into having smart meter by a few lies from this company, then a few weeks after having them fitted they said it needs an update on system and my smart meter has not worked since this. That was 27 Nov last year, been phoning them to sort it out but getting nowhere with this issue looks like my only choice is to change supplier.what a cheap second rate company who train there people with a complete load of bull**** don't trust people like this try someone else

Attempted delivery lie

Your delivery drivers say attempted delivery, but I got security cameras that show no attempted delivery, at the time you give,such a shame that you don't vet your drivers, your company needs to be held responsible for the poor sellers who use your joke of a delivery service

Thank god someone at the council…

Thank god someone at the council changed their minds with this shoddy run company, and they lost the contract for the heating, back to pH Jones, at least all us council tenants will get a proper job done ha ha iam so happy hurry on 28 June and good bye to bad rubbish

Bought some headphones 9 days ago got…

Bought some headphones 9 days ago got an email 8 days ago saying dispatched to the store 8 days later still nothing heard and no headphones not happy at all with this level of service would not buy from this company again especially as its 55 pence a minute just to find out where my order is daylight robbery have no choice but to make a trip to a store somewhere
