Diabolical do not order from them

Horrendous customer service very rude and put you on hold and leave you there, I placed an order of 6 items so that I wouldn’t pay for pick up delivery, however Jacamo cancelled one item meaning it then went under the threshold of free delivery so they then charged me when it was their fault for cancelling the item I have continually contacted them but their customer service is diabolical I will not be ordering again and I suggest you follow suit.

Terrible company

Absolutely horrendous experience with George at Asda I ordered a delivery 2 weeks ago and nothing has arrived there is no email to contact them on, there’s no automated robot thing on their website to chat too only a phone number which is directed straight to India which lets be real isn’t efficient at all, I tried contacting them on instagram and their response is very unhelpful why on earth would you have only a phone number for contact when you are a large business it’s madness please whatever you do avoid them at all costs ridiculous company

They are now completely ignoring messages on instagram I even left a message under a post which they deleted and I’m never rude with my messages and yet they still just ignore them I’ve heard of others having issues in the same way please if you read this do not shop with George Asda they are horrendous!!

Unacceptable

I ordered a delivery of some storage boxes, a tape measure and screwdriver set which came from the Eastbourne store firstly the screwdriver set was missing and nobody knows where it is also what did arrive is absolutely filthy covered in dirt and debris with some rubbish thrown in one of the boxes too, also the clasps that close the boxes were missing rendering the storage boxes completely useless I contacted customer service which didn’t get very far they tried contacting wicks but had no luck so I ended up ringing them myself and after sometime i eventually got through and to their credit they were accommodating and sorted it they said they’d sort out a delivery but I said I’d rather travel to wicks to collect everything as I didn’t trust it to get here, I will say I did feel slightly accused when I came in to the store to exchange the storage boxes and receive my missing goods however they got it sorted, although it’s Unacceptable to pay £87 and to have dirty products, missing products and products with missing parts I recommend they check the order just before putting into the van to stop this happening again. Also the tape measure had a security tag on it which is impossible to get off I mean come on seriously do better.

Rubbish pots poor customer service

So firstly the customer service

I received my swan retro 5 piece set and although it was well packed i noticed an indented scratch on one of the pans (which was clearly done pre packing) I promptly sent an email along with pictures to swan and eventually after quite some time had an email back basically saying in so many words what do you want us to do about it so I said perhaps a partial refund for the one pan estimated at £10 to save sending it back I have still after a long wait not received a response even after sending the email twice now they seem to have completely ignored me.

Secondly the pots and pans

the set of pots & pans are awful at first glance they seem fairly sturdy but also weirdly at the same time they are not you feel you have to be precious with them especially as they are very prone to scratching despite the fact I only use either rubber or wooden utensils. The lids for the pots are awful they cause constant leaking as they are poorly designed & because of that draining the water is very difficult, I have also noticed that they take allot longer to heat up than my older pot & pans (tefal) of which I tested and was shocked how slow the swan pans took I would absolutely avoid the swan brand completely unfortunately a huge waste of money.

I’m adding more to this as funny enough as soon as this review was posted I got an email back from swan however they have again ignored me and I also find it strange how suddenly there are reviews saying “wonderful customer service” after mine was posted so be mindful off that overall avoid this brand. After sometime I received the £10 I requested however I was asked if I may now “revisit“ my review unfortunately it still stands as it is

Terrible purchase

I bought an air fryer specifically the 11 Litre 5-in-1 Digital Air Fryer Oven with Rotisserie from tower themselves as I believed they would be good however sadly this isn’t true as it just drys/cremates everything you put into it. I have tried literally everything every setting, different temperatures and nothing I have never had anything come out of there that was good and I don’t have very high expectations to begin with I mean it’s an air fryer how could it be so bad .. but unfortunately it is. Not to mention the capacity is supposed to be big but can hardly fit anything. With All this going on I contacted tower as I am still well within my warranty ending in 2025 however they not only took way too long to reply but fobbed me off and said there is nothing wrong with it and tough basically so if I were you I wouldn’t bother to buy anything from them.

Fantastic experience

Date (06/02/2023) My mum & I had Such a lovely time the place itself is gorgeous we sat outside and it was lovely plus the food was absolutely delicious. the atmosphere is so warm and friendly which comes from both the owners and staff with special credit to the owners they were amazing, and such lovely, friendly and welcoming people they took time to have conversations and talk about the history of the building and author A.A. Milnes life they also took time to show us on a map of where everything is in the surrounding area. The first thing the owner said after we had said it was our first visit was “don’t worry you are looked after here” which instantly made me feel at ease this continued throughout the visit definitely worth going again and again everything was perfection

Not satisfied

The No touch foam for the toilet never indicated on their website that you needed boiling or even warm water to use it but states several times that you can just chuck it in so this is a blatant scam also mine arrived with the seal broken.. not to mention it doesn’t even work at all (in-terms of cleaning) with or without boiling water.

I also asked before purchasing if there was a discount code I could use however I was told no because their products are cheap enough however straight after purchasing I was bombarded on the site with discounts if I purchased more stuff or if I came back within 30days and since receiving the items in the box I have leaflets with several discount codes which doesn’t seem customer friendly, also the live chat on their website never worked for me

Review changed and stars added upon reflection after my initial bad review for the mold magic with more usage it is actually very good and works well and especially around bath seal however the above is still valid

Do not buy from RhinoShield

Do not buy from RhinoShield they are terrible I recently ordered a grip mini and a case from them and only found out when it kept falling off that the grip mini is not suitable for the case I bought which wasn’t made clear (especially being that they sell both items) you’d think it would be made clearer but no. Also I have many times tried to contact customer service with absolutely no luck just generic emails that go nowhere also their cases aren’t anything special either very over hyped will not be buying again

I had left a review on Rhinoshield France as it shipped from there but they have since pushed me to change or delete it as I am from the uk which is strange as it ships from France and they only seem (judging by other terrible reviews) only respond on the France trust pilot one which is likely why they only want good reviews to remain on the France one, in essence this company as a whole are very dodgy and scammers

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish and non existent customer service I ordered online and weeks and weeks have gone by and nothing!! Tried many time to contact them by online form (cause they don’t have a number to contact!!) and just same generic reply I would advise you against ordering from them unless you like being ghosted by a big company that doesn’t send you’re items

Absolutely amazing company

Absolutely amazing company I ordered some pillows from premier inn website which is created and dispatched via sartex firstly the pillows and covers are the absolute best quality, incredibly comfortable and have helped me sleep better. I have ordered from them twice and the second time yodel sent my order to the wrong depot (yodels fault) so I contacted sartex customer service and the lady on the phone was absolutely lovely and dealt with it promptly this company is amazing great quality and great customer service.

I absolutely love the prestige company…

I absolutely love the prestige company I have ordered flowers from them before and they were beautiful and now for my mums birthday I ordered the birthday sausage rolls and steak pie and they are absolutely gorgeous the best sausage rolls I’ve ever had they came perfectly on time in a chill box and me and my mum loved them you should definitely buy from prestige for all sorts cause you won’t be disappointed

It’s a bit of a difficult one really…

It’s a bit of a difficult one really because the bed frame is Very sturdy and looks great but..it’s pretty difficult to put together even for two people however I think a possible reason it’s difficult is likely because it’s very sturdy versus cheaper beds that are easier but more week I would buy from them again and urge you to do the same but just expect a challenge.

This is by far The best mattress I’ve…

This is by far The best mattress I’ve ever had it’s so comfortable it arrived quickly and came vacuum packed so it was incredibly easy to take upstairs and they are a fantastic price definitely buy from them again

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service bought a wardrobe that contained wrong parts so I contacted ikea they said they would send out a new one which never arrived i then rang again they said that it was cancelled so a new date was set to then wait around all day with nothing I rang several times in the day to be told several different things I waited longer but nothing their customer service is non existent and just amateur at best poorly trained and no clue about anything to do with your order not to mention you can’t hear what they are saying the line is always terrible absolute shambles.. update: still no wardrobe or even spare parts after ringing constantly for weeks only to have the phone answered by someone with screaming kids in the back ground seriously please don’t buy from ikea they are an awful company and DO NOT care about their customers.

Sadly pretty average chocolate
I was looking forward to trying the chocolate smiths from seeing them on tik tok and watching many of their live Tik toks and seeing what lovely people they were I went ahead an bought a couple of products and sad to say it was very average the chocolate was cheap tasting and had barely to no flavour, it’s not horrible and it certainly is edible but was expecting allot better considering it’s “hand made” and costs £5.00 for a small bar just overall not really worth it for the price

Beautiful Flowers

Beautiful Flowers as Described for my mum on Mother’s Day she absolutely loved them and they were very fresh, I also added a balloon I did think by looking at the picture it would be helium but it wasn’t however my mum loved the balloon and because it was mini foil balloon it can be kept forever so win win they were also wrapped beautifully with all the care instructions, food and free chocs overall fantastic experience

They are scammers

They are scammers as other people have mentioned product codes for purina and republic of cats tinned food are exactly the same, everything from the way it looks and smells is the same, this is an issue because their big selling point is that it’s bespoke for your cat including it’s health needs, but this is nonsense it’s not bespoke at all it’s purina with a different label, not to mention their customer service as seen on hear is awful and they really don’t seem to care that they are scamming people avoid them at all cost
