Excellent auction house. Have used Fellows for years as a buyer and seller. Recently purchased a Gucci handbag. Totally authentic product and arrived very quickly via courier and my friend thought it was brand new. Excellent value to the customer.

The parcel was delivered very quickly and within the delivery slot and the gentleman who delivered the parcel was very polite - communication beforehand was also excellent

Melody Maison are fantastic with excellent customer service. I ordered a slight seconds chest of drawers for my parents which was delivered promptly by a one man crew who could not carry it up two flights of stairs on his own. I contacted customer services who were so helpful and explained my parents live in an old people's complex and my dad has dementia and they bent over backwards to deliver it with a two man crew who were fantastic and my mum is thrilled

I can't praise the Fellows Team more highly. I recently consigned some jewellery for sale to raise money for a property purchase in Brighton. I visited them in London at their fabulous offices and since then have had ongoing excellent customer service. They are exemplars of good old fashioned British service. The staff treat the ordinary client with as much respect as their most wealthy patrons and are so kind and respectful. Their jewellery is the real deal - I know so because they carefully appraised mine - and I've also purchased from them previously before I started investing in property and everything I bought previously was fabulous. In the meantime the money raised via Fellows has gone on a new boiler and to Wickes!

I was running late for the appointment but they were incredibly gracious about it and the work was done efficiently and swiftly whilst I had breakfast in a nearby garden centre. Really impressed and grateful. Thanks

The LMS/Integrar experience is kafkaesque. Portals into which documents disappear into the ether - no ability whatsoever to speak to a human being. Is this the golden future of conveyancing as lenders clearly think Integrar are fit for pupose? Horrendous delay. Asked via email last minute if I wanted to delay completion to avoid early redemption charges. No advice even though Integrar inflicted upon me by lender. No redemption statement provided. Weeks went by without any contact or response to my emails. Then got an email out of the blue advising mortgage offer had now expired (prior to completion) even though the transaction was a simple residential freehold remortgage. Could have done it better myself DIY. Lender refused to extend the mortgage offer even though I was obliged to use Integrar and coveyancing beyond my control. I now have to start all over again at higher interest rates and my current mortgage repayment had shot up. I got my mortgage offer in October 2021 and mortgage offer expired in March 2022 and transaction not completed in this time. I agree wholeheartedly with other reviewers that this outfit deserves NIL POINTS.

I discovered Fellows by chance on Google. I bid for a lovely vintage pearl and ruby bracelet last week and it arrived well packaged and was very beautiful. Unfortunately the string did break so I'm going to have to take it to a local jeweller to have it restrung but this happens with old pearls. This does not put me of bidding again in a Fellows auction as the prices and quality are really excellent especially for lovers of vintage jewellery.
