Just book it

Just book it! We have just returned from a near faultless holiday at Chalet Jonquille in La Tania. Our Chalet Host, Becs, was a complete star and the perfect ambassador for the company. Food was great and the chalet in a great location. A really great value ski holiday in the 3 Valleys!

I can only imagine that many of these reviews have been paid for by the company. I am a real 02 customer based in Hampshire, UK. Just do your due diligence BEFORE you sign up with them - I have just listened to a BBC report on them and it wasn't good at all. People tied in to new contacts which they couldn't escape from. Buyer beware!

Ordered item lost in transit (thanks to…

Ordered item lost in transit (thanks to EVRI, the House of Fraser's courier of choice) so I was not super pleased. Using the Chat facility, I liaised with one of the HoF team and my concerns were promptly addressed and a replacement item dispatched with an apology

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The goods come from China and are not as described. They are poor quality and badly fitting. If you want to return an item then it has to be posted to China on a Tracked Service - between £25 and £30. Despite their name they are NOT based in London!

Speedy return ...

The PC that ordered had an issue with it but I emailed and a collection (at no cost to me) of the computer was arranged promptly from my home.
