Never recieved my watch
Ordered a watch, told it was on order from Tissot and would be two weeks. After over three months of being told it's on its way, and it should be here soon, it became apparent that the watch would never turn up. Was told different things by different customer service reps. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. If the watch is not in stock do not use this company. At least I got my money back.

Paid for a specific delivery day, didn't receive it on time
Paid for delivery on a specific day and it failed to arrive on time. Disappointed.
Update, hotel chocolat contacted me and resolved the issue which was very good of them.
