It was my 1st time travelling on Le Shuttle and I did so as a solo traveller with a dog. I found the information available in advance to be excellent and everything I needed. When I arrived, I found the port to be spacious, clean and well signed. The biggest asset of all are the staff who were professional, helpful and kind and went beyond what I would have expected.
In particular I would say the man who checked us in at the Pet Centre was lovely. The man cleaning the toilets personally showed me to the drinking water fountain to refill my bottle. I was randomly selected for a security check and even the man who did this was polite, professional and kind.

The product is good. Twice however my delivery has been short on needles. It’s a lottery on whether the cleaning swab is included.

Excellent communication, great product range and fair prices. My purchases have arrived well packaged and in good order.

We have a regular driver, Chris, he’s always prompt, courteous and helpful.

Excellent selection of goods, easy to use site, competitive pricing and prompt delivery.

No issue at all with the order process. Goods arrived promptly. Excessive packaging - as I ordered a multi pack each item individually packaged was excessive.
Product awful, pants that don’t stay up - useless.

Excellent product. Excellent customer services. I had a minor issue with a delivery, problem was promptly rectified, an efficient investigation into what went wrong to ensure it didn’t reoccur. I’m genuinely shocked to find such efficient and polite customer services, I thought it was only found in text books.
