School uniform from this retailer are really good. Normally it takes a week for it to be delivered and I dont mind that. This time they came before the week was up. Didn't take long for them to be despatched either. Really impressed

My parcel got chucked at my door. There's only been one person who delivered my parcel from evri that has actually handed it to me, everybody else bangs on my door like there's an earthquake or chucks my parcel at my door. No regard for what's actually being delivered. And after chucking it they just walk off. Don't check to see if anyone has actually picked up the parcel. They do not care. I do wander how people get jobs for you, it comes across that you do not care who delivers your parcels just as long as they are delivered. And I dont think you really care about the reviews you get either. If there was an option to not have my parcel delivered my evri I would choose it everytime but unfortunately when its being delivered to my home address I do not have this luxury.

Just sort your delivery drivers out for the rest of your customers.

I went to the harvester mansion house in reading, berkshire. I went for a baby shower on 28 Feb 2026 at 1pm. The lady at the front desk was helpful she directed me to the room in which the baby shower was. We had our own room away from the people having food in the restaurant. The room was very hot. Unsure if the ladies who booked the room had been shown how to open the double doors. When everyone had arrived we had to find a server ourselves to order our own food. Food took a while. At the end, our server didnt come to sort the food and plates. We got fed up of seeing the food so we tidied up the plates and food. The lady who's baby shower it was asked for a black bag and the server brought the back bag into the room, she could see all the plates piled and just left the room. When we wanted to pay we had to find her yet again. We paid separately. Which was fine but she moaned she wouldn't get a tip. And then said it was fine because she got tipped throughout the day. She expected us to tip her which I thought was unacceptable.

I went to the caversham branch. The selection of drinks and food is good. So much choice and a good variety of drinks and different flavours. The person who served me was young and she almost came across like she judged me for my drink choice. I ordered a hot chocolate with cream and a tiffin. I paid for it. She asked if I had a Costa card I said no but I was shocked my order went up a pound because I didn't have a card for the restaurant. She handed the receipt to the person making the drinks and he had said why didn't you out it as to go. She said she had forgotten and he made a deal about it needing to be down as to go and he then glared at me. This made me think should my price have gone up or down because of the lack of button my cashier pressed? Otherwise didn't come across very professional to say the least

Overall the experience was good. Lovely atmosphere, several areas to sit. I went with my partner and 2 kids. There were kids in the pub when we arrived. I ordered our food, the lady behind the bar was very helpful and let me check the order with my partner before putting it through. My youngest is autistic and was screaming through his dinner experience. The bar lady didn't make a comment about the noisy child at the table, all the staff smiled at us whilst we were trying to console our youngest. But what annoyed me was we were served very hot plates with the kids food. Children are sensitive to hot things and my children couldn't even touch the plate or the food because of the temperature. I get the food has to be cooked through before you serve to customers but just dont put it on a hot plate! Otherwise our experience was nice.

I have brown hair and I used schwarzkopf oleo intense mocha brown hair dye. The box advertised it as 100% grey coverage, PERMANENT oil colourant and long lasting colour. Ever since dying my hair , the colour has been washing out and since dying my grey hair has only taken 2 days to come through. My head is full of greys now. It didn't work and im really disappointed. I won't be using it again

True to size. Did take a bit longer than I expected but amazing quality. Customer service are very helpful

I bought black zip up hoody from primark in reading. Took it to the till, the lady behind the till was lovely she checked for a label to scan there wasn't one. She didn't get another one she took the item number from the label and put it through with my other items. There was no communication about if id have difficulty returning the hoody. The sale was fine. I bought it 7th August and I returned it 8th August. To be told by the manager that I need to check the items im picking up. The staff didn't put the jumper on the shelf even though it was folded like it was. As a customer I expect the items on the shelves to be of a good quality. The bottom of the hoody had bobbles on it like it had been worn. I had bought it this way. Why do I the customer have to check the clothes ik buying when that should be the shops job who are selling the clothes! This is unacceptable. Then the manager told me she wasn't telling me I had to check them . She was.

The lady behind the till looked me up and down and gave me a disgusted look. I said id like to return my items. I took them out for her. I have taken the packaging home as she didn't ask if I wanted it in the bin. They normally ask this. She asked my name but yawned it so I couldn't understand her. The service I received isn't like what every next customer received and im abit disappointed.

The product in the packaging was presented well. I liked that you could see the ingredients in the product. It looked so fresh which I liked. My dog thoroughly enjoyed it he didn't look up once until the end. And he looked as if he wanted more.

I ordered welly boots for my eldest son. Easy to order, they have wide fit sizes which he needed, easy to pick up from store. They fit well and we ate both pleased with them
