Ordered a bed for Friday delivery. Delivery came but couriers only brought 2 of 3 boxes - the main missing box being the one with all the main parts! We were told by the couriers that the other box would probably come "on a different route". Luckily we rejected the part delivery as this assertion was clearly false. We subsequently emailed both bedkingdom and the courier - apparently all was ok and delivery was rearranged for Tuesday. However, the couriers tried once again to deliver an incomplete order on Tuesday with the main part of the bed missing. Again, we have rejected the delivery, and now are waiting for a bed, with no timeline from company or courier other than it will be delivered when sorted, alongside a very disappointed child who was promised this new bed on Friday, was ok to wait until Tuesday, and now, I can't give a timeline.

Absolutely do not recommend using this company

We ordered 30 hand warmers and 20 footwarmers. Only the hand warmers arrived, and after 3 weeks (and were in a box that had clearly previously been opened)

I requested a refund for the not-recieved 20 footwarmers and was offered a 15% discount or a 30% voucher for future purchases

Offering a 15% discount for a product never received is clearly fraudulent and disgusting

Do not use this company, absolute scam

Sofas arrived on time and are really great quality. Huge thanks to delivery drivers Paul S and Matt P, who were very careful when the sofas were delivered not to knock anything, put them exactly where I wanted and took away all the rubbish.

Great products. Only downgraded to four stars as the amount of packaging is totally unnecessary - adding cost and sustainability issues
