The service myself & my husband had from the market deeping branch was absolutely outstanding...the warm greeting when we walked in the door...the optician was a lovely young girl & all the ladies are lovely especially jeanette she goes above & beyond in every way helping you choose the right glasses for you...she genuinely cares...she really is a credit to your business...
We would never go anywhere else & its ten mins from home 👍 x

The help & advice given by a lovely guy called Adam Setters was absolutely amazing...what an asset he is to your company he really went above & beyond so would like to say a massive thank you to him.Also next day delivery!

I purchased my usual perfume which said it had been delivered but unfortunately i didn't recieve it but after speaking to the customer service people they issued a replacement & i recieved it within a few days!

This is the second time i have placed an order & paid more money for next day delivery and both times have had an email saying delivery has been delayed...the customer service is appalling and apparently there is no manager to talk to...spoke to a girl yesterday called Gia who was rude & a complete waste of time...
Surely if you pay extra for next day delivery its for a reason!!

I am sorry we were unable to fulfil the delivery option which you opted for. We never expect delays of this nature to occur and do everything we can to deliver within expected time frames, especially when you have paid for an express service. I can see that this has since been delivered to you and I hope that you are happy with the item which you have received. Due to the delays which you have experienced, we have refunded the delivery surcharge (the extra paid for the next day delivery compared to our standard delivery). While we endeavour to process these refunds as soon as possible please allow for up to 3-5 working days for these to be received.
I can also confirm that our customer care team are based in our head office and are trained with the facilities to assist customers. As such our customer care team are the highest point of contact. I can confirm that the managers support the advisors should they need this however are not customer facing.

Went to the peterborough today to purchase fishing equipment with absolutely no idea on what to buy...
A guy called Matt C on the fishing dept was extremely helpful...courteous...polite and went above and beyond to help us choose the right products for our needs...didn't try to over sell us or make us feel pressured and even showed us how to wind a reel..will definitely be going back to see this happy helpful chap..would highly recommend him for all your fishing needs..he most definitely deserves to be recognised...a big thank you Matt and see you again soon
