Waited in all afternoon 27 April x for plumber , no phone call or txt too say wasn’t coming , phoned company said tried too phone me , off which I’ve sat with my phone all day , no calls , frustrated upset have too wait another week for job done 😭😭

I'd like to apologise your appointment was missed yesterday. It's always in our intentions to attend when we say we will and if we're running late or the appointment has been cancelled, we do aim to keep our customers informed of this.
