My daughters purchased me a gold wish…

My daughters purchased me a gold wish bone bracelet over a year ago which I wear almost everyday, unfortunately it began to tarnish in one area. I made my daughters aware who lives in the UK with myself living in Canada. The customer service was wonderful. I shipped my bracelet back to the UK and received a new one in just under 2 wks. I just want to say thank you for your prompt response of return. I am wearing the bracelet right now

Orders arrived!

I have ordered twice from this company based on recommendations. Orders are just what I requested. The issue I had with my 2nd order was a note from shipping saying they could not deliver my order because of incorrect address??? I did lots of running around reaching out by text on help line and was given a phone # to call and told they would look into. I honestly did not need the stress one week before Christmas. I am happy to say my order arrived the same day so "not sure what the shipping note was all about"? They have good stuff and I will be ordering from them again. I am getting lots of emails on credits I have available and next time I order I'll look into using one of them. Hoping these are genuine!
