Have increased from 2* to 4* based on Mindful Chef’s handling of the issue. When I contacted them they apologised, escalated the issue with DPD and applied £10 credit to the account.

This is DPD’s fault as opposed to Mindful Chef’s, but as Mindful Chef use DPD it forms part of the experience.
I get regular Mindful Chef boxes which are delivered by DPD. Despite me repeatedly specifying a safe place at the back of the house, the couriers continually throw the box at the front door in full view of any passer by and leave it there all day while I’m at work. Given that it’s a large item and contains fairly expensive content this is not good.
Most recently, the driver delivered to completely the wrong street and then clearly realised the mistake because rather than marking it as delivered (which they would have if hadn’t realised) or taking it on to the correct place, they instead marked the update as “delivered to your neighbour in [wrong street]. Lazy and unhelpful
