Wrong order delivered

Was contacted in the app today saying there was a mix up and they needed to know if my order was shirts or linen. I said shirts. Tonight they delivered linen. Driver wouldn’t help and said will only go off what is on bags. Impossible to get hold of anyone in the evening which is a problem as need the shirts for tomorrow.

The plans were wrongly measured

Lots of issues with poor post sale communication and disjointed, convoluted and disorganised process for installation needing lots of time off work at short notice.
Main issue however was that they measured the plans incorrectly meaning that the fitters, following the plans produced by Wren, installed the hob and extractor hood in a misaligned way.
Called to discuss and was put on hold, told there would be a "short hold". 9 minutes later got through to someone and then cut straight off.

Unhelpful service department

Coolant is low in vehicle. Called Williams in Manchester and they won't give the colour coolant needed saying that I need to bring the vehicle in as you have to buy it through them. The most helpful they could be is to say "it's the one that was in there when it left us".
Quite happy to buy it through them for convenience (despite the questionable ethics of this), but why inconvenience your customer by dragging them out of work just to top up some coolant. Just tell me which one I need.
Also don't answer the phone.

Their couriers, DPD, let them down.

Update

Have increased from 2* to 4* based on Mindful Chef’s handling of the issue. When I contacted them they apologised, escalated the issue with DPD and applied £10 credit to the account.

Paul who dealt with the complaint was very helpful.

Original review:

This is DPD’s fault as opposed to Mindful Chef’s, but as Mindful Chef use DPD it forms part of the experience.
I get regular Mindful Chef boxes which are delivered by DPD. Despite me repeatedly specifying a safe place at the back of the house, the couriers continually throw the box at the front door in full view of any passer by and leave it there all day while I’m at work. Given that it’s a large item and contains fairly expensive content this is not good.
Most recently, the driver delivered to completely the wrong street and then clearly realised the mistake because rather than marking it as delivered (which they would have if hadn’t realised) or taking it on to the correct place, they instead marked the update as “delivered to your neighbour in [wrong street]. Lazy and unhelpful

Lazy couriers

Update on the below:

The lady whose house it was delivered to told me that the parcel was just dumped at her door and when she came out and told the driver it wasn’t for her he said it’s too late because it’s been delivered now.

Original review:
