Received an unsolicited call today…

Received an unsolicited call today offering free upgrade and extra channels for free including Sky cinema.. wasn’t interested as don’t watch a lot on tv… assured there were no extra charges and no increase to monthly payments. Received an email saying I had agreed to Sky cinema at £10 a month… called and told I had been reverted back to original Sky essentials with Netflix and broadband.. then got email saying Sky Cinema had been added… phoned again.. told same thing again .. just waiting for email 😕

Disappointing customer service

First washing machine ordered was fitted and my original one was taken away,just as engineer fitted bracket to attach kitchen door it fell down into machine. Engineer said it would have to be replaced but I could use until replacement arrived, there were none in stock. Engineer phoned customer help and got told to uninstall even though it would leave me without a washing machine. A week later I ordered a replacement ( office couldn’t do!). Had already paid so got email on 15th today washer/dryer would be delivered on 16th -same day as a fridge freezer had previously ordered. Fridge freezer arrived and no sign of washing machine. Phoned customer service and after a lengthy wait was told there wasn’t any in stock and would not be available to order until 24rth January. I will be almost three weeks without washing machine.
I would expect a call to let me know an item was not in stock.. not an email to say it would be delivered next day when it clearly couldn’t be.
Got offered £100 compensation, got told a email would be sent as confirmation, didn’t receive,would rather have had a washer dryer delivered asap. I have already bought a hob, cooker, dish washer and fridge freezer as upgrading kitchen…very disappointed in customer service.
Thank you for your response, your call was made early on a Sunday morning so was not convenient.
Washer/dryer still not available on 24rth so paid extra for one that was in stock. I was told I would receive £80 credited back. This morning I received £25…..

Car returned within an hour

Picked car up at Kilmarnock after ordering online. Car was sitting outside and was filthy , to be returned to workshop for a wash. Got home and husband ( owned garage and been a mechanic for over 40 years)noticed doors and rear light were out of alignment and underneath the car was covered in badly applied mastic. Looked like a bad repair The car was covered in scratches and when we opened boot, bugs were crawling about. Returned car within the hour as not as described. We were told with 68 miles on clock was like a new car. We got told to take a seat and order would be undone. We sat for over 2 1/2 hours. As we were told the undoing would take some time we asked if we could take our old car and leave. Told this was fine. There are plenty of witnesses to this as the click and collect was busy. Seemed only one person dealing and he was dealing with us and other customers at same time, two in particular , one lady was with him when he said I could return car and a man was sitting with him when we asked if we could leave and take my old car back,Now waiting for refund .
After my review was published I got below reply.
No one phoned.. I got in touch with customer services 24/06/25 and got told my notes had been updated and to phone click and collect to make an appointment to get money refunded on card. I phoned and click and collect said they were unaware and would call me back. They didn’t, called customer care to confirm notes had been updated, was assured they had, now waiting for a manager to call tomorrow, customer care is nonexistent.

No payment 😕

I completed surveys for approximately 1 week and had £12 to be paid out. Got email saying congratulations on payout. Checked PayPal and no payment.Sent numerous emails asking for advice and no response. Waste of my time😕, got response asking me to create new account, done .. still nonpayment

Disappointed in quality and customer service

I ordered a double bed and was surprised at how poor quality it is. I phoned to arrange return and was advised to go onto website and raise return there. Two weeks later I have not been contacted, raised another request, disappointed in quality of bed and customer service. Can bed please be uplifted , thanks

Very fussy cat now a happy contented…

Very fussy cat now a happy contented cat, not throwing away bowls of food trying to find one he will eat. Took to Katkins in a couple of days 😻
