Was on the web-site and saw I could get a better rate. 15 minutes later I had opened a new account.
Shortly after that I was able to transfer funds and that was it.. all done.
NOTE: I was an existing customer so most of the process was automated for me.

Call quickly answered, through security smoothly. Listened to my request, Was placed on hold while agent (Lawrence) spoke with colleague, came back with a full and clear update. I then requested changed to my contact details.. handled efficiently. I was treated with courtesy at all times.
Overall, an excellent interaction with the bank.

I've been using this company for a number of years. It makes it difficult to write anything different other than they always provide a great and courteous service (and save me money 👍).

Overall the experience was very good.
Putting the spec together the system advised that I was requesting too many fans and the power supply I wanted was higher than the spec required (saving me money).
The web-site was easy to navigate and kept me upto date with the order progress.
The completed system was then delivered on time.
Had to contact Tech Support regarding an audio issue. Response was very quick and provided clear instructions on a (successful) resolution.
One minor issue was that when I took the PC out of the box I heard something loose rattle inside the case. When I checked it was a very small screw but couldn't find one missing from the installed components. But since I found it before I powered the system on then no big deal.

Happy with my purchase and would use PC Specialist again without hesitation.

Requested a quote for a change to my motor insurance. Wanted to add another person to the policy, at short notice, for a specific number of days.
The agent provided the quote and then suggested they check the price for simply adding them as a named driver for the reminder of the policy. It turned out to be cheaper. They then provided a list of questions that I needed to confirm with the other person. The whole process took approx. 10 minutes. The agent was professional, efficient and friendly. When I called back with the info. it only took a few minutes to add the person to my policy. GREAT SERVICE.
