I bought on bulk to save money and take advantage of their deals. I received 100 shakes which all expire within the next month. I wrote to customer services as this was not the first time this had happened, previously they had offered to replace them if the dates were short again, this time I was told I should be drinking 3 shakes a day so there is no issue with the short date! I have a medical condition so I am cautious about this approach, however to not waste money again (I had about 30 I couldn't use last time) I am going to have to try and use more a day. I was unhappy with the service as I was told one thing previously and then when I did have a problem again they have simply contradicted themselves. It is such a shame but I highly doubt I will order from them again. The shakes are great, I just need a longer expiry date. (Side note: the shakes I received this time [March 2023] have the same expiry as the shakes I received from an order back in March 2022!!)

Really easy to set up a job and find trusted electricians locally. I would definitely use this site again when looking for any type of 'builder'.

Everyone was extremely polite and helpful, however, it took about 4 months to get the correct contact lenses for my free trial. I went with Vision Express as they were the closest to home but I do regret that now. I needed the contact lenses for a specific occasion but as I hadn't worn them in over 8 years I needed help selecting the right ones. Annoyingly I was called in on numerous occasions to get them fitted but each time they either didn't have my contact lenses or had the wrong ones! The last time they only had ones for my right eye (my left eye has an entirely different prescription). They also didn't keep my prescription on their system and each time I was with a different optician. I have now got the ones I originally ordered but all the occasions I needed them for have already passed which is such a shame. I believe this was a supplier issue also so I cannot put 100% blame on the employees, hence the 3 stars, who were the majority of the time very helpful and apologetic.
