Terrible company

Terrible company

Got me into some debt. Bank is also partly to blame. Now cut phone services. I’ve done everything to make contact with them and they have been terrible or not got back to me. And on one occasion cut off on phone. I have now taken this higher up. They’ve cut me off my phone services. So much for claiming they want to help. Let’s hope cisa sorts them out. And saying I’m a Gold member is laughable. All I want is support during cost of living times around payments. Not a gold member thing.

They are a bad company

They are a bad company. I wish I had the money to pay off the contracts. Never again. Haven’t got back to me about a money issue. Paid half the bill. And claim the full amount still not paid. I have screenshots. Other odd thing not showing up on banking app the payment and direct debit info for sky. I’m currently having a complaint with my bank as they’ve put me into debt with sky. Had they just charged me for a payment not made. It would have been less. But they prat about. And I didn’t know at first it had not gone through. They didn’t want to charge me a fee. But have made things worse.

Argos card you never change

Argos card you never change. Always the customer fault. Never yours. Should never have been given the card in the first place. I was vulnerable. Persistent debt. You’re partly to blame. The balance is coming down. And once zero. Account will be closed. I’ve read the new info about the new pay.

Glad I didn’t get anywhere after…

Glad I didn’t get anywhere after reading bad reviews. Banks have got worse. They think everyone has a car. Wasn’t always this hard to open an account. But they want ID all the time. My passport has ran out. Too pricey for me to redo. So will get an identity card which is cheaper. I want to change banks. But it’s got worse. I still look the same on photo. But not good enough. All because of a date.

Argos

Argos. You partly put me into debt when a young woman in a store pushed it at me. When I was vulnerable. Should never have been given to someone unemployed. I’m not interested in a new card. Seen as one isn’t in use. I’m continuing to pay each month. And once I pay it off. I want the account closed. I can’t pay much more than I do.

I am being badgered about my rent and…

I am being badgered about my rent and I’m not in arrears. They’ve tried this on before and so I phoned Newcastle I spoke to. I was told I wasn’t in arrears. They understand about universal credit. I’ve always checked and especially when rent goes up in April. That my account is 0. Not fair to keep badgering. And especially when they say they have phoned when they haven’t. I check my phone. Yet they can’t get the outdoor light fixed.

First time I’ve had issues with this…

First time I’ve had issues with this company. Won’t be getting anything after iPad ends. Then just wait for phone contract to end. Never send letters via post. Unable to read documents on phone. You press doesn’t work. High on kb it says. When they can’t send stuff via post. Phoned up today. She was foreign. Useless. I haven’t got it sorted. Kept going silent on phone leaving me ages. I gave up. So not sorted with what I need

It’s gone down the nick

It’s gone down the nick. Shouldn’t have come off SW online. Which is better. But had two bereavements within 4 months of each other. So it messed things up. I decided to try weight watchers again. It is the last. They really have gone down the nick. For 6.50 a month. It just wasn’t worth it. And there are some smug people on connect. Friendly my ass. They only follow who they want to. I got attacked for stating an opinion which is true. Some of them are up their ass. I suggest SW. I’m going to go to a class.

If I could give these liars no stars I…

If I could give these liars no stars I would. The stress they’ve caused me all because of a boiler. When the current one still works. Troublemakers. They didn’t stop to do the work as they said it was too hot. I now find out they are blaming me and my cat. Didn’t happen until I complained about them buggering off. This subcontractor claims she has photos of the paper and cat faeces. Really. Try screenshots to my email then. If my kitchen was that bad. Why did they come back the following day. I know. I was in bed. Window open. It was 10 30 am. I heard the voices and buzzer. One said can’t be in. I thought you were quite happy to bugger off day before. Then one said don’t know when we will get it done. Only reason I previously said neighbour is because it was one way to find out if they are lying. And they are. Why would you come back to do a job if it’s that untidy. It’s all because I made a complaint. There was no faeces. Yes. There was paper. And kitchen surfaces needed cleaning. But I can only assume they were looking at the dirt surface. They have caused stress. And the day they came back my dad was being laid to rest. Shame on you people

Awful workmen

Awful workmen. Couldn’t do their job on the day because of hot weather and lack of tools. One was rude. They went of. Didn’t say anything. Came back following morning. I wasn’t in. A neighbour told me. I went and put a complaint in. Talk about tit for tat. They told landlord I need to get some cleaning done. My kitchen floor is old. Should have a new floor down. The mop I used isn’t good. So need a better one. I just think it’s appalling that workmen should retaliate because of a complaint. Shouldn’t work with public. I’m going through a bereavement and feel pressurised to have these men back. When really the boiler and radiators are still fine. Not right. Yet when a neighbour trashed part of the building. Gets away with it. Didn’t go to court. The staff need to get their priorities right.

They really are a nightmare stressful to deal with

They really are a nightmare. Causing me stress. One of them is so rude. Wasn’t told previously windows have to be clear. Didn’t have curtains. Just blinds. He says you don’t have to have windows done. Then tells his boss I refused. Then tittle tattle to a guy called graham at home group. If they did their jobs properly and weren’t so damn rude.

4 items are missing. So somehow chase Argos up. Or get items knocked off Argos card. As not got. Dreadful service. Didn't give me chance to press buzzer. Just dumped it outside.

Horrid experience

This is an up to date review since my exit review. These people are liars. Incompetent. Lazy. Only interested in their company. And their needs. They should lose their contract. Never felt such pain since the passing of my mum. Accused of not participating and puzzled by the amount of appointments they claim I missed. I know I missed a few when on sick note and my bad leg. Plus the heatwave. I was told this was okay. These people are liars. There are mistakes in the brief document. Not given a full length one which should give any reason. I always let people know if I can't make something along with a good reason. I have never come across such nasty people in my life If they aren't doing anything wrong. Why have they such a workload. If you complain thru come across as bullies and threaten. You are just another number to these people. They don't take any responsibility for getting things wrong. And don't care about people with health issues. Worst experience of my life. I hate liars. And no way is that tablet 366 pounds. And was given other figures when quizzed before. I have checked it's cost online. Not going to keep it. Didn't come with a stand. But they are so awful. I thought it best not to mention it.

Very good

Very good. Came on time. Man pressed buzzer. Door is usually closed. But open in hot weather. I told him to leave inside entrance. And he did. I came down straight away to pick it up.
