Very good customer service. Ada was prompt in replying to my emails and very helpful. The headphones I bought were good quality and I am pleased with them. There were a few issues. I found the same brand were being offered considerably cheaper elsewhere. Also next day delivery turned out to be 3 days. I contacted Shopsta and they were most helpful. We agreed on a partial refund. So pleased with the overall experience.

Recently bought Ampere Deluxe for my wife from Soanes cycles, Colyton Devon. My wife is very pleased with the bike. The bike is suitable for a smaller person and this is not always easy to find. Bike is good quality and reasonably priced. Soanes were very helpful.

Recently bought Ampere Hilux ebike from Soanes cycles Colyton Devon. Very good experience. Ryan was very helpful. Bike is solid and makes going uphill easy. Also reasonably priced.
