Given I haven't of Juno until I searched for Andrea Botoceli 30th Anniversary delux edition which price was alot cheaper than elsewhere, so I took a chance, apart from the price, I ordered on Saturday it arrived on Sunday via Royal mail, will definitely use again and recommend

Been with amplifon swindon for 5 years

Been with amplifon swindon for 5 years, decided it was time to upgrade my cic aids, for newer model of what I got, I found new audiologist had taken over, I explained what I wanted, but he was very keen to sell me aids that went behind the ear, at a price way above what was expected £5,400 was adamant, of I wanted,he ignored my request, still pushed these other aids, I agreed to trial them and put mine in for repair, took them back after a week due to them squealing, drove my partner up the wall, took them back, I was told they were alright when I took them home, he put lager dome on they were bit better second week, took them back, it confirmed the original choice, he seemed put out, when I wanted buy my first choice, he took them back, he decided that was the end of session to buy a pair of hearing aids, I hearing level is servere can't any loud speech, so left quite upset, hearing nothing until my came back from repairs. Decision find some where else, a big difference, got cic aid top of the range £3,200 very pleasant experience not £5400, for what I regard an over priced hearing aid, that's the end of my nightmare, amplifon swindon need to remember how to treat with courtesy the customer,and respect customer loyalty, of 5 years and would have gone longer

Making a purchase online payments

Making a purchase online payments, totally bewildered, didn't show choice of card payment, just place order, then it showed thanks for your order ??, also showed satnav connect bank details, bank account number, sort code ??checked no payments taken as yet. So what am I missing, never come across online payments process as this one, also set up account and password, used email link to verify, not recognised. ????

Ordered washing machine in stock given…

Ordered washing machine in stock given delivery date 6th September 2022, night before 21.12pm text saying uninstall my old machine for Recycling second text 21.29pm "Hey your order not being delivered, keep an eye on your inbox for new date" the one thing they did do on time was to take payment, at the time of dispatch, received email from and would investigate and would respond to me by 3pm 6th September 2022, heard nothing at all, contacted them, nothing about investigation,but could tell me they haven't a clue as to when or if I would recieve my order, their business is selling washing machines, you'd have thought they might have a better idea than me, told me maybe I'd like to talk to sales team to choose something similar, probably more money or less of a machine that I ordered, the question is would the same disaster repeat itself, can't say I'm boyd up with confidence, I don't know how their staff manage their laundry,but given the answers on deliveries, they must go weeks, between using their washing machines, which it seems that's what they expect me to do, what they have got, apart from my money, is a big of sense of humour, I don't think, if I cancel how long before payment is in my bank account ??. To add insult to injury, website tracking has given me a new delivery day as today, every day since delivery was cancelled, no date, total nightmare

Please accept my apologies for the issues you experienced with the delivery delay of your Washing Machine and did not find the contact with us helpful. I understand this is frustrating, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, we experienced delays with the item from your order arriving in our warehouse, which had a knock-on effect on the expected delivery date. While I understand it is frustrating for them to change, all the delivery dates are only expected and are subject to change if delays are experienced, but this should have been communicated to you.

We aim to update you as soon as possible once we are aware of any issues, and I am sorry that this did happen a night before the supposedly delivery date. The service you received is not the standard we would expect, and I want to assure you that your feedback will be distributed where necessary.

Following this, I can see you have since cancelled your order and requested a full refund which was processed today, 09/09. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to clear your account.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if we can assist you with anything further.
