I found that the NAVPAL Sat Nav was totally useless and I wasted the cost of purchase. Whilst it was a little useful out of built up area's it was totally useless in towns and cities regularly giving wrong information and never correcting the mistakes.

Not good at all as I still await the delivery

Scam company that has been reported to company house.
They take your money and dont deliver your goods and do not answer any e mails or messages.
Also there is no phone number anywhere to try and contact them

I am still waiting for delivery after nearly six weeks. emails sent directly from my computer or through the contact us section of the satnavconnect.com website have produced no reply. Today (19/07/2024) I received another request to post a review. After my latest attempt to email them, I received a message from Microsoft:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
sales at satnavconect.com
Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist.

Have I been scammed?

Ordered card for Mercedes. Received nothing. Emailed them twice about the non delivery - got no reply.
Money taken - no goods.

I have not received my sd card. This is obviously a scam

Having had garmin products for many years and still have. Decided to try a TwoNav terra gps.
I have found it to be an excellent product so far with many features and very intuitive interface. I a not tech savvy. I am 71 years old so only do light hiking now. I purchased o/s maps directly from twonav at a fraction of the cost from garmin. The web-portal is easy to navigate. TwoNav support from my experience has been very good. Get back to you within a couple of days and are really helpful. Different to Garmin. I have been waiting for email reply for over two weeks which is par for the course with garmin. If you’re looking for a gps give twonav a look. Well worth it to try something different

Piece of crap those NAVPAL"S , dark screen not loud enough, money wasted and seller doesn't care .

Two weeks I waited for my SD card but nothing arrived. contacted them through their website where they responded quickly with an apology. Another few days and still nothing. I replied to the apology email asking for a full refund and the reply was; "Hi, refund prices is 2-3 working days today is weekend." I received my SD card at the end of that week but no refund. When I tried the card in my head unit, it didn't work "Error SD Card was it said on my unit. I've since tried contacting them again through the website but to no avail. I have just sent another email requesting either a full refund or at the very least, an SD card that works. Let's see what happens but I'm not holding my breath.

Customer notification process is extremely bad and I ended up reporting the transaction after 7 days of no response from them.

Paid for product. 2 months have gone by and we have not received it. Our emails bounce back and we cannot contact the company.

I ordered my new SD Card for my in car navigation as my old card kept crashing, the card came very quickly using 1st class mail. I put it in my navigation system everything worked, I haven't done a trip using the new card yet, I sure there won't be a problem.

Worked a treat. Good value too

TERRIBLE. Bought a sat nav module and purchased next day delivery and haven’t yet received it. Taken my money and haven’t sent my item.

Where to start, I would give zero if that was an option. Placed the order, was expecting a confirmation email, nothing came. Also tried to charge nearly £6 to deliver a memory card, not next day but within 5 days didn't take that option obviously. No email to let me know it had been dispatched so I had no idea when it was arriving. Finally arrived 2 weeks later no invoice or anything to say where it had come from. To be honest the way this company works it wouldn't surprise me that it was a blank card but we shall see.

The sd card works brilliantly easy to install. Good to have up to date mapping again.
The only downside was the lack of communication from the company…… I didn’t have any email confirmation of the order or any dispatch details and when I tried to contact the company the online chat didn’t work and the email didn’t exist…. But the card turned up , I hadn’t been scammed.
So don’t be afraid the card will turn up.

Part has not been delivered. If it arrives tomorrow I will revise my opinion. It is now a week later, still no card. Not easy to contact them. I would suggest you avoid this company.
