I’ve had a great experience so far with the Thurrock branch while arranging my garden room. Jon and Michelle have both been really helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the sales process. They answered all my questions clearly and made everything feel straightforward and well organised. Communication has been excellent, and I feel confident I chose the right company. Really lovely team to deal with!

Not giving a refund back. Ordered two outfits, kept one and returned one and they haven’t refunded me or replied to my several emails. This has been ongoing for over a month now!

Would give 0 stars if there was an option to. Everything is fine when there is no requirement for Vinted to help in the transactions but the minute you do need their help they don’t reply and give 0 help. I am owed money and they are just ignoring my messages.
