You cannot get a refund, they refuse and give a poor excuse as to why. Stay well away! They make up their own T&Cs and just completely ignore the law regarding returning unwanted items. Absolute scammers!!!

There was an issue with free next day delivery not being applied at checkout even though I was entitled to it. I emailed customer support and Amina was so so helpful. Refunded me the postage charge (which I wasn’t too fussed about anyway) and also made sure that the parcel was delivered to me next day. The items are amazing also. I’ve never ordered from oh polly before but after my experience I will 100% be ordering again. So grateful of the service I have received. Even though it seems quite minimal the outfits were for my holiday so I needed them on that particular day. So I really appreciate it. Thank you Amina and oh polly ❤️
