Thought the food was very good but due…
Thought the food was very good but due to unforeseen illness couldn't continue.. The only negative thing I have to say it wasn’t clear that there were charges to stop as I didn’t realise it was for 4 months as it wasn’t explained, however under the circumstances they waved that which I am grateful for. I would however recommend the food to anyone that was thinking about doing it.

We’re also sorry to hear that you had to stop due to illness and hope that you’re feeling better now. With regard to the plan length, our longer duration plans are offered at a discounted price compared to our shorter plans. Because of this, if a plan is cancelled early we simply ask members to pay the difference in price between the longer plan they signed up for and the shorter duration they completed, as outlined in our terms and conditions. That said, we’re glad our team was able to assist you given the circumstances.
