Misleading Sales and Very Poor Quality Content

I strongly regret signing up.

What was presented during the sales process sounded like high-quality, structured IT training with proper support. What I actually received access to was extremely poor-quality, AI-narrated slideshow content that felt generic and basic. It did not resemble what I was told I would be receiving and was absolutely not worth the price being charged.

When I accessed the website linked to the “training” portal, my browser issued a warning advising me to avoid the site entirely due to scam-related risk. That was deeply concerning and immediately undermined my confidence.

I exercised my right to withdraw within the 14-day cooling-off period under my finance agreement. After doing so, I was told my cancellation would not be processed unless I paid £240 described as an “administration fee.” They informed me that without paying this fee, my cancellation would not be valid and they would not inform the finance partner to cancel it.

In my view, attempting to make cancellation conditional on paying an additional fee after exercising a statutory cooling-off right is unacceptable.

The quality did not match what was promised, and the way my cancellation was handled only reinforced my concerns. I would strongly recommend not engaging with this company on any level under any circumstances.

Despite their claims in their Trustpilot reply, I have been in regular contact with them by email. I explicitly informed them not to call me, as I did not want to be spammed by calls, yet I received multiple telephone calls over several days.

They claim the "content was accessed," I watched maybe five minutes of an AI-narrated slideshow before receiving a warning form my browser to avoid the site under any circumstances due to scam related risk, They claim that because i "aCceSSeD tHe ConTeNt" I am required to pay a £240 administration fee to cancel. The initial email I received after my cancellation request claimed the fee was due because the course is “downloadable content” and that I had "accessed it." I did not download anything — they simply linked me to a website. Later, they claimed the fee was due because I logged in to the service and refused to contact the finance partner to cancel unless it was paid. Everyone would agree this is ridiculous.

I reiterate: do not under any circumstances engage with this company.

Robust IT has been operating in the UK for 15 years and we take great pride in delivering structured, supported IT training programmes. Our courses include live instructor-led sessions, instructor-supported video learning, hands-on labs that train you directly within the software environment, structured pathways, mentoring support and one-to-one guidance — not simply slideshow-based content.

From our records, the live training, video-led instruction and lab elements of the programme had not yet been accessed. If you were dissatisfied with the initial platform experience, we could have provided access to alternative learning systems or delivered the training directly via live instruction at no additional cost. We regularly tailor delivery methods to suit individual learners — however, we do require communication in order to provide that support.

Access to the digital platform was provided immediately after enrolment, and our system confirms that course materials were accessed. As clearly outlined at enrolment and within our terms, cancellation terms differ once digital content has been supplied and accessed.

Prior to this review being posted, we attempted to contact you by telephone and email to discuss your concerns directly. We always prefer to resolve matters constructively. Without engagement, it is difficult for us to investigate or offer a tailored resolution.

Regarding the £240 administration fee (including VAT), this represents approximately 6% of the £4,000 programme cost and covers the direct costs already incurred in enrolment, onboarding, licensing and administrative processing. It is not a penalty.

We were also concerned by your comment regarding a browser security warning. We have not received similar reports and would welcome specific details so this can be properly investigated.

We continuously review and improve our customer experience and genuinely welcome constructive feedback. We remain willing to engage with you directly to seek a positive resolution.

Cat samurai??

Been looking at displates for a while and then my sister got me some for my birthday and I was really satisfied so I got some more myself had a little snag when trying to order but a quick response from the customer support team sorted that right out really happy with the quality and there is all almost always some kind of discount which is awesome and in each order you get a cool sticker too my favourite is cat samurai I have recommended to several people I know and plan to buy a few more as well :)
