A Smooth and Hassle‑Free Bank Switch

I recently switched banks, and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, which gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. All my direct debits were transferred over without any issues, and my account balance was moved across quickly and accurately.

There were no problems at all throughout the switch, and the incentive from my new bank has already been paid—another big plus. The new banking app is also very user‑friendly, and I’ve been using it regularly with no issues so far.

Overall, I’m very happy with the switch and would definitely recommend the service.

Explore Learning (Luton Center)

My son has been going to Explore Learning (Luton Centre) since Early Years and there have been so many achievements since he joined when he was 4 years old.

During the pandemic, he was able to continuing with online tutoring at home and with the restrictions being lifted off, he was able to go back to the centre which he found useful. Similar to so many children due to the pandemic, his learning dipped, luckily, through hard work and the help he got from the tutors, he was able to pick up in his learning journey which helped him gain his year six Sats.

He is now in high school, having started in September and is currently working on his year seven Maths and English which is great because he has been able to finish off primary school work and can now concentrate fully on high school work which is equivalent with what he is currently learning at high school.

Whenever he needs help at the centre, he is able to approach the tutors; management are always available if I need to speak to them at the centre or through the phone. When he is not at the centre, he is able to log in at home when he has time to spare.

I work closely with management during consultation to evaluate my son’s learning journey, there is flexibility if need be to change the ration of his sessions in order to balance his learning so that he can accomplish the desired results.

To date, I am very proud of the work that my son has done, and is presently doing and I’m very happy with the Luton staff (tutors & management) who have helped him achieve this.

I would definitely recommend Explore Learning to parents.

Extremely Dissapointed be extra vigilant!

I took my son for a photo shoot to Studio 4D in Islington.

The consultant informed me that my son got through and was accepted to model and that as part of it, I would have to pay for either an enhanced or platinum package.

I chose the platinum package and was sent the details for platinum models. I am registered for their portal but have no clue as to what to do even though the consultant informed me that they would call and help.

I'm very dissatisfied and feel that I've been taken for a ride.

Excellent and Professional Service

After almost three years of working, our machine experienced a defect. The Engineer (Dawid - Eng No. 18662) was very competent, he listened to our concerns (as this was the 2nd time an engineer had been sent round), he took his time to diagnose the problem and helped forward it to the insurer. If he had not done all of the above, we would still be waiting for a resolution and would now be almost a month without any appliance. Three words to summarise Dawid - proactive, competent and efficient. Keep up the good work!
