We bought our hot tub 2019 and have had great service ever since. We have only had a couple of problems with the tub but each time we have had great service. This week we were losing water. I rang Arron in Gloucester he came round within a couple of days. Arron is so helpful on the phone in the show room or at the house he is always a pleasure to talk to.

First time going to Sofology, we talked to two of the sales persons very nice no pressure. We sat down with Alex talked us through all we needed to know about two different suites, we back the following day and sat down with Alex again and we bought one of the suites, very good knowledge about what he was selling and a very nice young lad. We will go back to Sofology
