I also ordered something on line like the previous review ,had no email to say your order has been despatched by the 3rd day,after sending an email was reassured it would be despatched,after receiving no email of a despatch and reading the previous review ,I took it into my own hands to ask for a refund ,refund given quicker than a despatch notification.
After reading reviews ,it seems there on line selling does not work!

Excellent communication and customer service

I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday which arrived a day late,they were not buds ,they were in full bloom and not much life left in them. The courier rang the door bell and walked off ,after contacting the company,they tried to say it's exactly what's in the picture...it was not and no empathy shown
