Horrendous customer service from Natwest's bereavement services. 6 months on from my father's death I am still waiting for his account to be closed despite over a dozen phone calls to the department and multiple assurances that it will be done each time. All other banks (HSBC, Amex) have been efficient, compassionate and professional in their dealings, putting Natwest to shame for their total lack of proficiency.
