Waiting forever to be fed

Arrived at the fox in Hayley after pre booking a table for 7-15 Thurs 25th Feb. We was told that the table wasn’t ready and to wait in the bar until someone called us. At 745 I asked one of the staff and they found a table for the two of us. The lady serving us was very nice but we then waited for our meal from 750 to 950. We then asked the lady to cancel our food as it was getting to late and that other tables was ahead of us. Question? Why do they accept these bookings when they can’t cope ?

DONT BUY!

Received the bracelet and compared to other similar items on Amazon and the cost difference is astounding. For what I brought I could have brought 3 bracelets. The item description is misleading and the response is poor

Stressful

Ordered items only one delivered. Very currently looking for missing item phone calls to chase missing item takes far to long to get through.

Telephone nightmare

Have chased a claim for house insurance for four weeks. The telephone service is appalling, regardless of the cold weather they state is affecting calls they don’t have a stacking system or call back. Instead they happy for you to wait on the phone( at my cost ) for an hour and still no response. They have a chat system which claims to respond within 24 hours. I’m still waiting over a month later. I have eventually had correspondence via email even though they still take days to reply. I’m now being told that I need to ring to confirm if I want payment via a bacs, but I can’t get through !!!
