Avoid especially if you change your…

Avoid especially if you change your number or happen to move while having your account. They dont update details and you cannot speak to anyone unless you have your original details. It's ridiculous 😒

I had to formally request the cancellation of my SIM card and a full refund due to my unsatisfactory experience with your customer service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issues by speaking with an agent, I was left without answers and have faced persistent disconnections during our conversations, which has only added to my frustration. I took the initiative to register the SIM myself, only to discover that there are two active plans associated with the card, yet I have been unable to reach anyone who can assist me with this matter. Furthermore, the SIM card remains non-functional, rendering it completely useless. Given these circumstances, I found it necessary to seek a refund and will be pursuing a different network provider that values its customers and offers reliable support.

What a load of rubbish....checked it…

What a load of rubbish....checked it out to try ans see if someone was legitimate and it said match found...so then tried a photo of myself and it came up with all different randoms! Not accurate at all

Rear view mirror fell off in first 5 seconds

Bought a car from this garage on finance. I was assured it would have a service before being delivered, however when the car arrived it was clear this had not been done & the rear view mirror fell of as soon as it was adjusted. I phoned the garage only for them to say I needed to glue it back on. Had to spend over £300 on a full service as the oil was absolutely rotten and the coolant was causing a malfunction. Emailed in a complaint to the garage, only to be told that they never service cars and nobody said they would do it. Garage did say they'd send me a replacement rear view mirror which has never happened and probably won't. All in all, I would steer clear and find someone else.
