Very poor. Words cannot discribe how cruel you guys are. Instead of addressing my complaint. You take to trust pilot to get it removed and then failed. ARE YOU NOT ASHAMED. PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST. NOT YOUR SELFS. Imagine a company reporting your reveiw after giving you terrible service. Instead of trying to fix it. You complain to trust piltot, Jokes on you they didnt remove it as i didnt breach any guidelines. Like you claimed!!!!! SHOCKING!!!!

Absolute waste if time dont use resolver. Have issues with evri every single order. They are the worst. Nothing good i can even think of about them. I come to resolver. They just forward the automated email from evri. So they do Absolutely nothing. Going through these is just a extra step to waste your time. They dont help either. Resolver dont help and evri is useless stay away. If u order and see evri cancel it!

Use evri the worst delivery company ever. I explained last time dont use evri. I was told to tell them to use dpd. I did. They still use evri. Loose my parcel. Take no responsibility. Just offer refunds. I dont order to get refunds i want my item i ordered. Why is it so hard. Evri are shit Should not be used. Especially when you tell me to specify that you use DPD next time. To then still use evri. Then make remarks about my complaint, Rather than solve the issue. If i wanted refunds i wouldnt order the item. So shocking.

Thank you for leaving us a review. We do use Evri and DPD but as explained you need to select this service when placing an order. we can see that Evri did deliver your order for you on Sunday 1st March .
As always cannot deliver. Most the high reveiws are fake. Evri do not deliver. The drivers do not care. Evri hire any1. No checks. When ever i see evri i know my parcel is going to end up missing or not delivered. Never ever ever have i orded and get mt stuff delivered when evri does it. Every other delivery comany delivers my parcel. EVRI NEVER EVER GET ANY DELIVERED. YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO A AGENT. ITS ALL JUST BOTS SO NOTHING EVER GET RESOLVED. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.

Ordered item. Did not get delivered because of shocking evri. I now cannot order it again as apparently they dont have my size in stock. If u didnt use the worst delivery company ever. I would have my tracksuit.

Helen and Sally pulled alot of strings to keep me in my property. Took the time out to hear me and came up with solutions to avoid me loosing my home. Could not be more thankful. Great service from them both throughout, understood and considered my circumstances and made me at ease and was very helpful.

Once again my odeder cancelled because Evri does not deliver. The most shocking delivery company. They reply on the bad reviews but do absolutely nothing to solve the issues. Soo poor. Never ever ever use them.

Never use. They always loose my parcel. They have lost another one and dont take any responsibility. Dont reply on here. You reply on here and to make it seem like you care. Shocking you do nothing and dont help. You only reply on here to make your self look good. Shocking.

Delivery delayed because apparently there was a error with my address, checked and my address was correct. Emailed then for they said they will issue it again. When I asked if it will be next day as I it's already delayed, they ignored and just replied with they will re ship.
