I thought the delivery was going to be 6 days. When the order went through I see it's going to be between 9 and 18 days!
If I had known this, I wouldn't have ordered it as the event I need the costume for, will be over.

He is like a dog with a bone, always on the lookout for a good deal for my Group.
I have worked with Sam for many years now and he has never let me down. Great energy and knowledge.
His communication skills are fabulous, always in touch, updating information and giving advice.
Extremely clear on the phone, always friendly and polite.
If Sam says he will ring at a certain time, he will, extremely accommodating.
Reports and contracts are efficiently sent, either over the phone or on my laptop and any queries are expertly dealt with.
I feel that Sam is working FOR us and WITH us. He knows we are a charity and so he looks for the best prices.
