We recently had some training with Hoi Chan from The ACCESS Group and after briefly explaining our current processes, Hoi suggested some fantastic improvements and time saving tips tailored to our business needs. Hoi was so knowledgeable of the ACCESS product which made the training a great use of our time and has resulted in some significant changes being implemented to enhance our processes.

Nina L Smith was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was so patient with me when I was asking her to look into my issue, which I am embarrassed to say turned out in the end to be something I was completing incorrectly... no problem at all with the System, just user error.!! I felt rather silly, but Nina was lovely about it even though I must have taken up so much of her time with my query.
