Great communication from obtaining the secure postage bag, through the repair/service,(getting a photo of your watch at LWR was a great idea), and finally the return of my watch. Easy to pay the final invoice. I would definitely recommend this service.

Not a long wait for the call to be answered. Ryan was very helpful and acknowledged that,as my mum was in her 80s and that the phone was her only method of communication the importance of getting her phone repaired with some urgency. My mum was contacted when the line had been repaired after two days.
