I booked an appointment 5 week wait paid £50 apparently half price! ( sales pitch) he cancelled a few days before was disappointed due to an emergency he wanted to rebook i didn't want to do that so I said I would like a refund the email said I am not authorised to do that? I replied ask the owner!! I've sent more emails still no refund ive contacted my card company I've sent all the emails over do abit of my digging on this "company" its under investigation i hate being ripped off reading some of the other reviews im definitely not alone
Trading in a different country makes no difference to a credit card payment hopefully my bank will be able to get my money back ASAP.

Had zilch for a few years now its great to spread the cost when need be.

Where ever I can if there is choice to use royal mail usually more expensive I choose royal mail everytime you know they are reliable.
