Yet to have a positive experience after 3 times of use.
I wouldn’t be posting this review but I noticed that one I had posted from a previous negative experience from 3 years ago had been removed. So I’ve come back to reinstate it.
I have since used LaundryHeap 2 more times since 2023, one was a few weeks ago. This is unfortunately my only option for now as my local place shut down.
Every single time LaundryHeap has delivered inconveniently late due to “delays” with no elaboration.
Once was at 23:45 at night, and I had work the next morning.
Another time I had a work event the following day, and during the day before this event I had a notification come through that said they could no longer deliver on time as advertised, which would’ve been ahead of this event.
I spent the remainder of my evening struggling to get my suit back uncleaned from wherever it had gone so I could do it myself.on top of that it came back significantly creased.
Awful company.
