Appalling post sales support
Our new gas boiler system installed in August 2022. Every year since, the boiler has failed its annual service. Finally, stopped working completely on January 02 2026.
My main complaint is that the after-sales service and support is appalling. The attitude is that 'we're too busy to help' even though it came with a 7 year parts and service warranty. They also refused to cover the cost of finding an alternative solution provider.
