If you book with Cruise Direct, the cruise line will no longer speak with you about your reservation. You can't book drinks packages, dining packages etc. You HAVE to go through Cruise Direct. And GOOD LUCK getting Cruise Direct to do this for you.

There is evidently no single person hired by MSC with an IQ over 70. Their web site could have been designed by a child...and has never worked in the 3 weeks I've been trying to access it.

Their policies are mind-bendingly stupid in their conception. Again, a child could come up with better thought-out procedures.

In short, no matter HOW cheap these functional half-wits make their cruises...IT"S NOT CHEAP ENOUGH.

Moreover their favourite trick is letting you DEPOSIT money, which they immediately grab....and then freeze your account so you can't take back even your deposit. Then follows an endless stream of demands for paperwork...just to get your own money back.

If these criminals really needed that paperwork, why didn't they ask for it BEFORE grabbing your deposit.

I met a guy who know spends all his time going from paddy power shop to paddy power shop vandalising their equipment. That's how furious he is at them. I obviously condemn this behaviour.

Amazingly, my account was opened and just fine. Then I deposited £2,000, which they happily (greedily, in retrospect) accepted.

They then INSTANTLY suspended my account, making it impossible to even get my money back. I'll be filing charges against these thieves. If you send them money, don't say I didn't warn you.

I have filed a complaint with the UK authorities. These criminals should be closed down. And to whichever miscreant at Spreadex reads this and imagines you can get this review removed, I will show Trustpilot the records that PROVE that everything I have said above is true.

Stick with B365 and Pinnacle...at least you're dealing with honest bookmakers, which Spreadex are NOT.

Years have passed since my 100% legitimate claim was filed. Zurich try EVERY trick in the book to delay, year after year after year.
