everything lost when editing

Why do you lose everything you've done when you go back to edit! So frustrating! Had to enter text / font and pictures 4 times before satisfactory. Also so difficult to do more than 1 card at a time as my husband's birthday is on 12 Feb and it's valentines day 2 days later!

Totally disappointed with Delivery arrangements.

Advised Wednesday delivery would be Friday 28th November as requested. When checking delivery tracking on Friday message advised - order cancelled. Rang delivery Co who advised might be a system error that had cancelled order Advised to ring Dom + Gen. Rang Dom +Gen to reorder fridge freezer. We had gone to the trouble of moving fridge freezer contents into cool bags that morning and we had already taken old fridge freezer out of the house onto the drive ready for collection with great difficulty as my husband is disabled and we are in our 70s. Waited for an hour to speak to someone on the phone. Then after another half an hour explaining situation of supplier message sayng order cancelled and delivery problems we were able to reorder item to come following day, Saturday. Moved fridge freezer back inside again and put food back in. Also lodged complaint, we were advised someone would contact us in 3 days about this. An hour later at 11.45 got a call from the supplier Productcare advising, actually delivery would be in an hour as originally planned, and it was coming from Wigan. Explained earlier advice of order being cancelled situation to him he said he would ring employer to advise. Fridge freezer was delivered and old item taken away as planned and paid for. We we then had to empty food back into cool bags for 3 hrs as advised by delivery driver as we couldn't turn it on until settled down after being in transit. Eventually we got through on the phone to Dom+Gen again to cancel Saturday delivery. Then on the Saturday morning we received a call from another supplier to advise a 2nd delivery of a fridge freezer would arrive after lunch. Advised driver of this order cancelled yesterday but then acteally was delivered situation and we said we would therefore have to refuse delivery. He said request duly noted and didn't make delivery.

Didn't like the wording of the email…

Didn't like the wording of the email saying would need your approval to get refund and that it could take a week to see refund in bank.

We really value your thoughts here.

We have a duty of care to ensure a human checks over your account before you receive a refund, this is because systems are fantastic but if the bills were not issued correctly or your account was on incorrect reads, your credit balance may not be correct.

If we then issued you a refund that infact you didnt have in the account, your energy account would be in debt and we would then need to request this back, and we fully understand this could put customers in financial struggles!

We manually intervene to avoid any instances like this. take onboard your feedback and will ensure this is passed through.

But hopefully I have explained, its in no way to say we don't trust customers, more of a 'lets ensure we at Octopus are correct so that no repercussions come on you as a customer'

In relation to it taking a week, sadly this is our process and the process of a lot of large companies, to avoid human error and also for the sheer mount of customers we have, things have to be an automated process in refunds which go through finance and our banks. This takes time.

Also, due to the bank payment the bank itself requires a few working days to clear. So we say this time frame to allow the full time period of the refund being authorised and received.
