Most unhelpful, incompetent members of staff in the Tottenham Hale store. No product knowledge from 3 staff members, one sent me to wrong aisle. When I went back to ask him again. Reply he doesn't know. The next doesn't know what is rechargeable batteries and told me they don't sell them. When they do. When I asked the cashier to speak to the manager. Her reply was no she is new & look on the floor as some of stuff fall on the floor. Worst customer service ever. Never going there again. No contact number or email on either side of the receipt.
