RIP OFF DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON KIDS MEALS

Ordered a weeks worth for food. Only fresh a 4 days then to cook it. You cannot cook it in the pot. Supplied once it is frozen or if you wish to cook it in an oven. All the meals are different sized. Depths, in proportions, very small kids, meals do not waste your money, AVOID THIS WEBSITE They are rip-off people.
After calling them, they promised me a refund. But they also promised me an email confirmation which hasn't come through. I rang them back and they said they had done it. Whilst on the phone and I have still not received it so they are not very trustworthy company. We will wait and see whether I get the money back. Try to blame it saying I'd ordered low carb meals which I did not the website chosen meals for you.. After choosing to build muscle, they provide you with kid meals. Where you would have to eat 4 to go to the gym.

Our meals are designed to be stored chilled and enjoyed within the recommended use-by dates, or they can be frozen if you’d prefer to keep them for longer. Portion sizes and packaging can vary slightly depending on the meal, but they’re all created to meet the nutritional goals of the plan selected.

We’re also concerned to hear about the refund situation you mentioned. If you’ve been promised a refund confirmation and haven’t received it yet, we’d really like to look into that for you and make sure everything has been processed correctly.

A 14 day return now takes 31 days.

I sent a broken set of headphones back on the 12th of September ups collected them ups delivered them on the 15th of September at 14:00 hours. Yet. I have to wait until the 12 or 13th of October. For a refund of a £109 what a joke, a Multimillion pound company has totally gone to pox just lately all the customer services do is read from a script and make excuses up telling me once it's been processed in their returns department. I will be refunded. All it takes is for someone to pick the parcel and scan the barcode. Yet it is the 24th of September, and I'm still waiting for it to be accepted at the return centre. Even though it was delivered 9 days ago. I told them someone is not doing their job correctly yet. I have to suffer for it. Why the hell should I have to wait for 31 days for a refund? When it clearly stated a 14 day return, now im told it could take up to 31 days. amazon, you're a bunch of tossers.

Fraudsters

Yes, stop ripping people off promising them 21 percent discount. And all you give off is a couple of pounds, your bunch of robbin gits. And you send an £86 pillow with a hole in it. Hialf filled and a broke zip, absolutely disgusting. You should be closed down.. Misrepresentation, false advertising and fraud.I've reported you to trade in standards.You deserved nothing else.
You're a rip off company, mate.You stop people from calling you because you ve had so many complaints yet. The number which people call is not available yet. You can call me from it. That is because you choose to switch it off. Because the s*** service you are providing do not rewrite any more replies. I do not want to hear your negative rubbish. You're an absolute con artist, and you've been reported to the trading standards. We will see what the outcome will be.

Worst company ever out there

Worst company ever out there, just drop your parcels over the gate.Leave it out in the rain.If it had been anything of any value, it would have been broken too lazy to deliver it to the door. A delivery driver's job description is to hand the parcel to the owner of the property. If they are not in, they are supposed to redilive the next day.

SAMSUNG DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE WHEN IT GOES WRONG, THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

I purchased a a washing machine directly from Samsung, which cost me £1,000 on the website, it said comes with a 5 year guarantee. I bought this in May, the 10th 2023. I have a problem with a machine. It is leaking and they have told me that my warranty is out of date even though the receipt clearly shows 5 year guarantee in black highlighted letters. They inform me it was a promotional offer and that I had to register the machine. I register machine recipe direct. But apparently I had to register it with a third party company to guarantee the extra three years and there was no mention it was a promotional event.All that I had to register at a third party website. I called them on Saturday again on Sunday. Send email monday today.They ask me to send them a video of the problem.Which I didI am a vulnerable adult with brain damage.I am unable to read and write as I talk into my phone to do the spelling. And writing for me, they then email me back saying please, could you convert it to mov format as they were unable to view it. I didn't know what an mov format was. I had to get someone to help me convert it. Then they said, please, could I send them proof of purchase to which I have done? They said they would fix it. The email I just got says we will be in touch for the next 24 hours. No, word of repair, no word of someone coming round absolutely disgusting. I would never buy anything from Samsung ever again. They falsely advertised to people, and they rip people off a big company like that, unable to convert the file themselves yet. I have to do it. It's disgusting when you buy something with a 5 year guarantee. You expect it to have a 5 year guarantee? Not a 2 year guarantee with a 3 year. Supposedly promotional guarantee that was supposed to be activated within 90 days. I activated the guarantee on their website. You would think that would activate the guarantee, wouldn't you? So if you're thinking on buying of anything from Samsung, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE as they will not honour their WARRANTY. And they are a RIP OFF company under the consumer rights act. They have to repair a machine for 6 years of the date of purchase. For any defects from their materials, it is simply the draw that is leaking from the washing machine. They told me if it is from my own fault which it is not. I will have to pay a £150 pound to the engineer. I live off benefits. I paid for this washing machine over instalments. And now I'm left with a broken machine. And a machine with no warranty even though it clearly states 5 year guarantee on my receipt, which was purchased direct from their website. I WOULD NEVER BUY nothing from them ever again. And I advise you TO NEVER TO BUY FROM SAMSUNG. as they are complete liars. Completely unhelpful and have made it as awkward as possible. From the moment I contact them trying to waggle their way out of it absolute joke.You should be ashamed of yourself.Samsung. and by the looks of it, I'm not the only customer who you refused to honour a five-year warranty. "Samsung" I'm awaiting your call to repair my machine, as i have sent you the video of the problem and I have sent you the receipt and proof of purchase.. You are obliged to repair it, under the consumers rights act.

We are disheartened to see you are having so many issues regarding the repair of your washing machine, Jeffrey.

With the extended 5-year warranty, this does need to be registered online via this link within 90 days of purchase: https://www.samsung.com/uk/fiveyearwarranty/ . If you have not registered the 5-year warranty, we will be unable to honour this, and would go based on the standard warranty of the machine.

Our washing machines come with the standard 24-months warranty, and if you have not registered the extended warranty and still within the standard warranty, any repairs will be done free of charge, however, if there are any issues within the warranty that voids it, or you are outside the warranty period, the repairs will be chargeable. We can assure you that we would not refuse to repair your machine, however, if the engineer determines that there are charges for the repair, we cannot go against their findings.

If you send us a video in the format you have used, we are unable to convert that into a different file format on our side. If you are struggling to send the video you have been requested to submit, our colleagues will get a repair arranged for us to investigate further. Took my account from British Gas without my authority and charge me £35 for the convenience robbing bastards

I got a quote on a website comparison site and they took over my account on the 17th of March until I found out today the 7th of April and quoted me certified pound bill for Electricity use I live in a one bedroom bungalow that would work out at almost £90 a month for electric. I’m a vulnerable person and they took advantage of me disgusting company should be banned.

Three weeks later, the item packed up they arranging for a collection. We will wait-and-see
