Brilliant service. Got a cake card for my mum in law for Mother’s Day. She loved it. I had previously had one from my friend for my birthday. The cakes are gorgeous, fresh and tasty.

Arrived quickly. Looking forward to doing mine and my husband’s hands. Not used it yet.

Delivered on time. Left in our safe place.

Update: following my review I have now had proper contact from customer services and they have refunded my money as well as offering me a choice of their shape wear free of charge. Finally got there in the end. I have suggested they review their use of bots in the future as this is where the problem lies.

The bra I ordered doesn’t fit properly, is uncomfortable and the extender has a hook missing. I have been playing ping pong email with a bot for 2 days and despite their returns policy supposedly ‘no hassle’ I am getting absolutely nowhere. Shocking customer service.

Easy to choose and personalise cards. I also love the stickers you can add these days. Bought the same card for 2 different people and used the option to make an editable copy and I just needed to change the name without redoing the whole card.

Delivered intact no boxes damaged. They were big boxes though and heavy but they just put them in the doorway and only helped me when i struggled with them otherwise would have given 5 stars.

This company is terrible. I spent over £32 on bras which are rubbish. They also add tax on at the end which bumps the original price up. Tried to get a refund and return and they offered me £2 compensation. I said no and they offered me £4 compensation and I could keep the bras. I said no I want to return them. They said the freight cost was too much for me! Avoid at all costs. I would give them no stars if I could.

Managed to get an item online that I’ve been unable to find in store. Quick delivery to the store and easy pick up.

Ordered some Perfect Fit Venetian blinds for my front windows. They came fairly quickly and well packed. However, it was not as easy to put them together and up as is made out in the video. It’s hard to get the frames together tightly enough. They didn’t just slot in place. Also I had to adjust the tension on the cords which wasn’t shown in the video. Having said all that now they’re up they look lovely and I’m very happy with them.

I wanted to make a special card for my son's wedding with my own poem in it so I used a blank card. I got the right picture that I wanted and uploaded it and put my verse inside along with a few stickers and then made it large. It is exactly as I wanted it and I love it and I'm sure my son and his new wife will love it too.
