Sent items back to be refunded. I received an email to say the items had been received by the company. I still hadn’t received my items a month later and was told there was no record of them being received. I never got my refund back even though I sent them screenshots of the email that confirmed the items to be refunded had been received by them

Appalling service. We had a lady who threw away our things into a black refuse bag - didn’t even ask us where we wanted them put. Our mirrors were filthy after she cleaned them because she used the wrong cleaning agent. She spent over 45 mins longer than she should have to clean, so I felt sorry for her and gave her a big tip, but then realised afterwards that she hadn’t even covered what she was supposed to in the 3 hour slot. Would never hire them again.
