First the changed my flights to an airport 2hrs away so added costs of airport parking and travel now they email to say my hotel can no longer accommodate us.. 3 days of trying to contact someone to find out what is going on just to be told each day come back tomorrow they are too busy and closed early
Edit* now 4 days of trying to make contact. Had an email today but without actually speaking over the phone it’s all pretty pointless as just going to go back and forth with them not acknowledging the upset and stress caused changing my complete holiday and I can’t find anything out about it
Not sure why they would reply to this saying they have asked for additional information as nothing as been sent to me regarding my review
