First the changed my flights to an…

First the changed my flights to an airport 2hrs away so added costs of airport parking and travel now they email to say my hotel can no longer accommodate us.. 3 days of trying to contact someone to find out what is going on just to be told each day come back tomorrow they are too busy and closed early
Edit* now 4 days of trying to make contact. Had an email today but without actually speaking over the phone it’s all pretty pointless as just going to go back and forth with them not acknowledging the upset and stress caused changing my complete holiday and I can’t find anything out about it
Not sure why they would reply to this saying they have asked for additional information as nothing as been sent to me regarding my review

They use evri for delivery- or rather…

They use evri for delivery- or rather non delivery. Your parcels never arrive .
My latest issue is all you get to speak to is the ridiculous chatbot who tells you to be patient as I can’t have a refund if they haven’t been delivered ….. and when thy do decide to refund I will only get part of it back because one of the items was personalised…. So my parcel stolen by evri driver and I can’t get a refund because of it 👍🏼 let’s hope he got lucky and had the same names as my 10 grandkids

Another stolen parcel by the evri…

Another stolen parcel by the evri driver. Whole company needs shutting down but I have the address for my local depot now so will be searching for any of my missing packages….. social media is on fire with drivers stealing and customer service doing nothing about it…. I encourage everybody with missing parcels to turn up at their depot and search for your own stuff……… DO NOT USE RETAILERS THAT SHIP VIA EVRI

Absolutely disgusting company to deal…

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with!! Got my elderly nan a dna kit. Was told by ancestry that I had to set up a fake profile for her to get it linked to my account, which I did….. they then took money for a subscription we said we had cancelled after free trial had ended and now because they can’t speak to the person on the fake account they won’t refund the money ….. tried to speak on the phone, after 10mins on hold and guy answered, made out he couldn’t hear me immediately upon answering and told me to ring back tonight !!!

Absolutely awful service.

Absolutely awful service.
At no point when I opened the account was it stated that there was a limit to the yearly deposits made at the post office and there is nowhere in the app that tells you when you’ve reached that limit and when you can start to deposit again!!
Looked like an absolute melt having my card declined several times when trying to pay my wages into via the post office counters would never of bothered with them if I had of known this. Like it’s not bad enough they charge you to pay your own money in after a certain amount ….

Theirs and liars all of them

How many times can they lose my parcels???
The worst couriers around. Always say your parcel is delayed when they really mean they’ve opened it and helped themselves to its contents…… then just mark it off as damaged I. Transit so needed to be destroyed —— yea right!!! Thieving rats……. They know there’s nothing anyone can do as there’s no actual human to speak to via customer service………I purposely won’t order now from company’s that use them because I can’t trust them to actuallly deliver it

Absolutely awful customer service !!!
Since they changed couriers from dpd to evri there’s been nothing but issues which poundshop online will not help with.
Constantly “missing” or damaged parcels that evri says they sent back to merchant, poundshop say it’s still being delivered but with half my order missing but only after I contact them. Never keep you updated with orders just inundate you with their limited offers via email( these will always be lost in transit though so waste of time)

Wouldn’t have even given them 1 star !!!
Paid for a delivery between 7-12…… it never turned up, they tried to deliver the next day without sending any message/email to say they would be there….. I missed them by 10mins apparently!!! Now have to wait 5 days before they will attempt to redeliver!!! So a next day morning delivery will actually be a week……. Tried to WhatsApp them as they weren’t answering the phone. 45mins for them to reply and as I didn’t responded to the barrage of messages in 3mi utes they closed the chat….. absolute joke of a company. Actively only buying from company’s that do not use them as couriers as sick of lost and wrong address deliveries from them constantly

God awful company

God awful company! Parcel stolen and they tried to say I refused delivery of it, even with cctv evidence to prove it was a lie they wouldn’t except responsibility. Can’t speak to a human just request call backs that never happened. If you actually want your parcel delivered I wouldn’t use them!
