Excellent service

Excellent service. 7 day from order to delivery.

Pity the mats came in a clear covering showing the mats as now my husband knows what his christmas present is!!!!!

Unbelievable

Unbelievable. I wrote a review and open reach instead of taking responsibility put the problem on BT!!! But of open reach 3x's has sent text saying the have booked us in then whose fault is it. Appalling service. I am sure the engineers are working flat out but if open reach don't, after accepting the job, not schedule an engineer then there is a problem. Take responsibility open reach and keep your appointments! Now waiting , again, for open reach to connect our telephone line and give us internet.

Are there any open reach engineers…

Are there any open reach engineers left? After giving 4 weeks notice that we were moving - simple move of keeping same landline, BT up-to-date hub in new property, so just connecting a couple of wires - Openreach said they did it on move day (30/10). But Bt engineer said had not been done , 3 missed appointments - they just didn't turned up! - and we still have no internet or telephone line. BT call handler , Debbie has been brilliant , and we do have a mini hub which allows us to do basic internet BUT no TV, no Alexa, no zoom calling.
So, they say they are coming on Wednesday (4th attempt), anyone want to take bets .

Appalling service. I don't blame BT as it is not their fault they have to rely on the shambles of openreach.

Hi Mo, sorry to see your services are not working just yet, we have to ask you to contact your communications provider so they can see what's going on and keep you updated, they will raise a fault report, the original order may have been booked for external work only as there may be an existing socket in the house. ^Paul
