She was able to resolve the issue in a very short time. I was very impressed! I explained the problem and a answered a few questions. Then the problem was gone! I requested several train tickets to different cities in China. Vivi was very helpful in obtaining the tickets for us. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the reservations.
