Decent price, but not the best quality.

This is the first time I've ordered calendars from Printerpix - I have used a few other companies before. I didn't upgrade to the embossed paper, fancy binding etc, so they worked out just under £5 each, the cheapest I've paid. But it definitely shows. I had ordered 3 and they arrived in a large A4 envelope. I was sure there could only be one in the envelope given how thin the package was, but it turns out all three were there. They had been printed double-sided and the paper is basic! While everything else about the calendar is fine, it's just not the usual quality I'm used to. Also, one of the calendars came off the bind when I was looking through the photographs - it was a bit of a faff to get the bits of paper back on. Another gripe I have was the postage. It was quoting me £5.99, but then it shot up to £8.99, even though I live in the largest town in Scotland so definitely not remote and the package could definitely pass as just a large letter. I think it's the first and the last time I'll be using Printerpix for my calendars, unfortunately.

No delivery, Lost money, No response

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding Order 45216638, placed on March 9, as my repeated attempts to resolve this through the PrinterPix customer service team have been completely ignored.

I am choosing this platform because despite raising half a dozen or more requests, the customer service team has shown no acknowledgment, no follow-up, and no resolution whatsoever.

Summary of Events:

On March 9, I placed Order 45216638 late in the evening.

Within five minutes, I realised the order was raised in error and immediately requested cancellation.

I received an initial response assuring me that the production team had been informed and that the order would be cancelled since it had not yet entered production.

After this assurance, no communication occurred for two full days.

I was then unexpectedly informed that the order had been dispatched, despite the near-immediate cancellation request.

Address Update Ignored:
As I was not confident that my cancellation request would be actioned in time, I also updated the delivery address within minutes of placing the order, so that if cancellation failed, the product would at least reach the correct address. This update was confirmed successfully by your system.

Despite this confirmation:
- EVRI tracking showed delivery attempts were still being made to the incorrect original address.

- Multiple follow-up requests were raised with both PrinterPix and EVRI, again with no response or corrective action.

Serious Concern:
The item in question is a personalised mug featuring my wife and my 3-year-old child.

The complete disregard for:

- an immediate cancellation request,

- a confirmed address update, and

- repeated customer communications

is extremely concerning and unacceptable.

Required Resolution:
At this stage, I expect one of the following without any further delay:

1. Redelivery of the order to the correct, updated address,

OR

2. A full refund issued immediately.

Final Note:
I would also like to state, politely but transparently, that I am extremely disappointed to have reached this point.

I work for Experian, and I have access to platforms and professional networks that can easily give this issue visibility across a much wider UK audience.

Yours is a highly competitive industry with several strong players. To stand out, organisations must respect their customers, respond to their concerns, and take accountability when mistakes occur, not ignore repeated requests.

I could very easily initiate broader action by encouraging negative reviews across Trustpilot and other public platforms, both personal and through family, friends, and wider networks. However, I am choosing not to do so at this stage because I would like to give your leadership team the opportunity to respond, defend your brand, and take corrective measures.

I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved swiftly and professionally.

Got mis-sold a voucher from Groupon and regret using this slow and clunky photobook service

Please do not get tricked into "use anytime" offer of a photobook from Printerpix on Groupon. It's not "anytime", the voucher expiry date is shown AFTER your purchase and "sorry we don't do refunds. You can always gift the voucher to someone else" according to Groupon customer service.

Printerpix photobook website is incredibly clunky to put together. Dropping a photo into your photobook takes the best part of half a minute, and comes up with an error message that the page isn't responding. I spent a whole evening so far and I managed to design 5 pages out of my 200 page book. And make sure you SAVE, SAVE, SAVE every few minutes because if the page doesn't respond you've lost your work. God help me, because for sure Groupon and Printerpix won't.

Poor handling of complaints

My parcel was lost by the courier and the resolution by printerpix was really poor. My order was a gift for mothers day and even though I contacted them in plenty of time to get it re printed and delivered for mothers day (as stated was still available on the website) they simply said we can't do it in that timescale as they were too busy. So I had to wait another 2 weeks for it to turn up. The tone of the email responses were sarcastic and kept saying I haven't told them I wanted it re printed when I had already told them to get my order out to me 3 times. Really disappointed and wont be using again. After all that time waiting, the quality of the calender isn't even as good as the photo box one I had last year so I wont be using printerpix again.

I was extremely happy with my purchase. It was easy to create and order. It arrived in a very timely manner. I received an email from the customer care team regarding a resolution to my order. I never had an issue with my order so I'm not sure where that came from. I am very happy with my product. It is for a dear friend of mine.

This was my first time using Printerpix


This was my first time using Printerpix in a very long time. I had a problem with ordering my finished product. I contacted the Support Team and was connected with Jayden Ross. She was able to resolve the issue in a very short time. I was very impressed! I explained the problem and a answered a few questions. Then the problem was gone! Jayden kept me informed and my order of 5 books was quickly completed. I was impressed with the politeness and professionalism of Jayden!

Horrendous experience so far

Horrendous experience so far - ordered some prints for a friends upcoming birthday, and the quality is terrible. Been having no luck with the bot on the website, and despite raising several tickets to speak to a ‘human agent’, I’ve had no reply. I’ve spent a huge amount of time trying to secure a refund, because I spent £60+ on something I can no longer give to my friend because the quality of the images are so bad. I would not recommend using this company.

Please do yourself a favour and NEVER use this company. You ll thank me.
1st order incorrect (part of image only). I contacted their bot (only option) 5 minutes after ordering to ask to amend it. Was told will get a call back, ticked raised etc.

Then it was posted!!! (Part of image only)

I asked to raise a complaint - no reply

I ordered the correct image X2. They posted they paid insufficient postage. Now I have to pay £7.00 to pick up the second order

The company is a real joke

Save yourself time, effort and money, and avoid!!!!!

Nothing worse than being ignored

What is worse than a bad product is being ignored when raising it with the seller! So I bought a personailised mug but I did not realise they would stretch the photo to fit. It was a portrait photo! I don't think that it was clear they would do this to the photo, I thought it would be printed on as it is and the remaining space on the mug would just be 'white'. I tried emailing them back but this was over a week ago now and followed up on the original email a few days back but no response. I would been happy to be allowed to return the mug instead of writing reviews to get their attention. I spent a lot of money on this site, I will find an alternative seller for the future. I would not be writing this review at this point had they engaged back with me. Its a lot of money Printerpix charges, I paid nearly £12 in postage alone for the mug and an A4 photo, I was so surprised. I even deleted the items and re-added them because I thought it was a mistake, they use EVRI so they are well know for being low cost couriers. Not a good experience with this company.

I found transferring photos from my computer quite difficult to start with. I ended up moving a few at a time was the most straightforward way.
Completing the quality checks was quick & easy. The finished album arrived quickly & I’m very pleased with the result. Good value with the online offers too.
