I just received my returned package with all the jewellery crammed into a bag together, where as I packed them into separate little bags to protect them. With 7 damaged brooches, stones were laying loose in the bag. Absolutely disgusting

I know they don’t have to deliver in person (I only found this out as read it) But when you are in and can see a van, not parked right outside your property and not sure who they were or delivering to and no bell rung or door knocked, you assume it’s not for you. I was due a parcel so went outside to check and found it tucked between two pots.

My husband sometimes treats me to cakes from here, but on this occasion I was with him so I got to choose my own ones. One was a chocolate type which was so dry that I could bounce my fork off of it. I threw it straight in to the bin. My birthday is coming up soon and my daughter was going to get a big cake from here but i’m not so sure I want her to now.
I don’t use this site but am being charged to use it as apparently I’d subscribed to it. I contacted Stevie in January 2021 and asked for the subscription to be stopped and was told to log into the account to do it, the account I didn’t know I had. I am disabled so wants the point of me using a site like this! I’d like this account to be closed and money returned . I am unable to pure the actual date below.
