UNLOCKING YOU CELL DOES NOT COST YOU…

UNLOCKING YOU CELL DOES NOT COST YOU 24.99! IT COSTS YOU $130.99!!

I started their process of unlocking my cell and after reading their Terms found nothing that says they WILL CHARGE ME an additional 106.00 BUT AFTER I PAY 24.99 THEY SAY that the 24.99 was only for checking the cell. Their terms state: "there MAY be an additional charge" this is not clear because after you spend the 24.99 then and ONLY THEN do they say oh theres an additional 106 to unlock. THIS IS THEIR "May be an additonal charge" its not maybe but a set in stone charge and they know how the play with the words. If anyone wants to know they can go to IMEI.com and get the information they paid 24.99 for FREE and most cellular companys can take that information and unlock your phone for free. SO people beware!!! they lie and are deceitful and just out to take you hard-earned money I have reported them to the Consumer Protection Bureau and have asked for a refund AGAIN because their TERMS ONLY STATE that there "May be an additional charge" and clearly they plan on charging you 106.00 AFTER they rob you of the 24.99. I have been taken by these companies for the last time. I have been nice but after they continue to lie to me about the charges. maybe they should read their Terms before denying people refunds - DO NOT UsE THIS COMPANY!!

The 24.99 covers the eligibility check, and if your phone qualifies for unlocking, the additional fee applies. I'm really sorry if this wasn’t clear enough. EMPTY PROMISES

Well yet again empty promises they got my money and could careless and now I had to cancel my credit card AGAIN because they refuse to stop taking money from me! They owe me close to $100 for what? NOTHING! I will make sure they get horrible reviews and make sure that nobody will be taken like me I still will attempt to get my money back. I want to requote what they said to me so they read it too..."We apologize for all the issues that you had to communicate with us for cancelling your account. We will work with you to get all the issues resolved" Well I wrote them at the email they gave. All I got was crickets so Metrofax, you need to respond to my emails or I will continue to write bad reviews everywhere of how I was took for $100 and YOU could careless.

DONT TRUST THE FREE TRIAL - Its NOT free!

I tried it as a trial and you had to give your card number but I canceled it before the trial was up and I got billed anyway. you cant reach them I got their 888 number from my bank statement where they try and "give" you $100.00 but its a scam I've tried to cancel my account now for 7 months now and I'm still getting charged - I could cancel my card but I did it already and they somehow got my new card. Don't trust this company seems like its a scam and you'll get locked in forever - im going to cancel my new card AGAIN. i'll never see the back money they owe me but im sure as hell going to still try and get it
